The Adventure Travel Institute offers Spanish classes in Lake Tahoe, CA and a variety of language, culture, and adventure travel experiences throughout Mexico.
Spanish Classes
Our Spanish classes are offered at all levels, from beginner to advanced, in the fall, winter, and spring semesters. The Fall and Winter semesters include twelve weeks of class with a two-week vacation built into the schedule. Spring is a short six-week semester.
Trips to Mexico
We've spent years seeking out the hidden gems of Mexico's colonial interior. Most of the exotic places we visit can't be found in the guidebooks. Your pricipal guide and instructor is Henry Wilds, the founder of the Adventure Travel Institute. A U.C. Berkeley- educated specialist in Latin America, Henry has taught college Spanish, Hispanic Culture, and Geography. He has led adventure travel groups to Michoacan for over 20 years.
